- Conventional Fixed Rate Mortgages
Fixed rate mortgage terms range from 10 years to 40 years and have a variety of rate/fee options. With a fixed rate mortgage, your interest rate is set for the life of the loan. You will never see an interest rate increase during your original term.
Jumbo Mortgages
Mortgages of more than $640,000.
Adjustable Rate Mortgages
Adjustable Rate Mortgages are dependent upon market conditions, therefore, your interest rate may increase or decrease at the end of each adjustment period. All ARMs are rate capped so you will always know the maximum adjustable rate. Terms offered include: 3 year fixed then adjusting annually; 5 year fixed then adjusting annually; 7 year fixed then adjusting annually; and 10 year fixed then adjusting annually.
Construction Mortgages
A Construction Mortgage will allow you to build and finance your dream home. Different types of Construction Mortgages exist for your convenience.
Bridge Loans
A Cornerstone Bridge Loan is a Home Equity Loan available to qualifying members in conjunction with a Cornerstone Construction Loan.
Balloon Rate Mortgages
Available in popular terms of 5 and 7 years with amortization over a 30 year term.
