What is a check card?
It is a card that works like an ATM card and a personal check. You can make deposits, cash withdrawals, transfers and balance inquiries at selected STAR, Honor and Plus ATMs worldwide. It is accepted at Visa merchant (point-of-sale) locations worldwide and processed as a direct wtihdrawal from your Cornerstone checking account. It is credit union convenience at your finger tips!
Better Than Checks
Your card is faster and easier to use because it lets you access your share draft account without taking the time to write a check or hassle with identification. It also eliminates the inconvenience of carrying a checkbook and saves on the cost of checks.
Better Than Cash
Using your card is safer than carrying cash. It makes keeping track of your money easy because your purchases are electronically transmitted to your share draft account.
No Surcharging Network
Cornerstone is part of the Credit Union Selective Surcharge group, known as CU$. When you see any ATM machine that displays the CU$ logo, you will not be surcharged. Purchases, inquiries and deposits are never surcharged.
